Reschedule / Cancel / Refund Policy

These Policies are provided to guide You with information about the process of rescheduling, cancelling or refunding of Our Products and Services. 

In addition please refer to Our Terms and Conditions that govern the supply of any Products and Services Ordered by You, from Us.

 

Any Rescheduling, Cancellation or Refunds will only be valid if You provide notice to Us in writing via email to hello@autismstoryworld.com OR by a method of communication agreed by Us. 

Please be aware that different policies apply to specific Products and Services as set out below:

 

Products Only Refund Policy:

The products on Our website are downloadable digital eBooks.

We offer a 6-month "Any Reason" 100% money back guarantee on Our eBooks. If You feel that Our eBook products You have purchased do not suit Your needs, We will gladly give You a full refund of monies received within 6-months from date of purchase.

 

Processing Refunds for 100% Money Back Guarantee for Products Only

For You to benefit to receive a full 100% refund, You must do so in writing via email. Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Obtain Your original purchase receipt/invoice (proof of purchase)
  2. Email Us Your reason for requesting a refund with Your proof of purchase attached and send to hello@autismstoryworld.com 
  3. Refunds agreed by Us will be processed within 60 days by direct deposit to Your nominated account

 

Services Only Refund Policy:

  • Upfront payment is required before Services are provided to secure Your booking.
  • A refund will be provided if You choose to cancel Your Service Commitment with Us, AFTER completing Your first appointment session AND We are notified within 24 hours AFTER Your first appointment session. 
  • A cancellation administration fee of $250.00 (AUD) will be charged and deducted from Your refund. 
  • Refunds agreed by Us will be processed within 60 days by direct deposit to Your account. 

 

Please note - We are not required to provide a refund if You change Your mind. There will be no reimbursement of Your Service hours or monies AFTER 24 hours of completing Your first appointment session.

Please refer to Our Terms and Conditions that govern Your rights under the consumer guarantees.  

     

    Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:

      Sometimes things come up and that’s alright. If You need to reschedule / cancel Your appointment session, please let Us know at least 24 hours in advance of Your scheduled appointment session via email to hello@autismstoryworld.com OR by a method of communication agreed by Us. 

      Less than 24 hours notice of Your scheduled appointment session will result in a fee of 100 percent (100%) of the Service price. This means there will be no reimbursement of Your Service hours or monies. 

      *Exceptions to this will only be considered at Our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

       

      Please note - Since full payment is required prior to Services being provided, any rescheduling / cancellation of appointment sessions must be rebooked within one month of the original appointment dates.

      If no attempt is made to rebook within one month of the original appointment date, there will be no reimbursement of Your Service hours or monies. 

      Multiple rescheduling of the original appointment is not permitted. 

      *Exceptions to this will only be considered at Our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

       

      “No-Show” Policy:

      A “no-show” is when You miss a scheduled appointment session without providing notification in accordance to the Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy.

      There will be no reimbursement of Your Service hours or monies. 

        

      Termination Policy:

      In the event of exceptional circumstances, agreed by Us, You are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of Services.

      This Policy will only be considered at Our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If We are in acceptance of the exceptional circumstances, a termination fee of 50 percent (50%) for the unused portion of Service costs will be charged. In addition a $100.00 (AUD) administrative processing fee is charged.

      After the deduction of fees, any remaining balance will be refunded to You within 60 days by direct deposit to Your account. 

        

      Amendments

      We may, at any time and at Our discretion, vary these Policies by publishing the amended Policies on Our Site. We recommend You check Our Site regularly to ensure You are aware of Our current Policies.
